Study Protocol: Measurement of TGF-β Secretion in SW1353 Human Chondrocytes

Add 200 μL cell culture medium to each well of a 96-well plate.

Seed SW1353 chondrocytes at a density of 1 X 104 cells/well.

Incubate 24 hours, then add test substances.

Collect culture media after an additional 24 hours.

Quantify TGF-β levels using a commercial ELISA kit (Antigen-Antibody Binding).
